« We have never stayed in Townsend before during all of our stays to the Smokies. I loved being away from the hustle of crowds. The Parkman was the first place I googled for Townsend area. They allowed my pet which was a must. The room and property were both clean. The staff were polite. It was just me and the hubby for our 10 year anniversary, so the room given was perfect. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Townsend. »

« This is a true bed & breakfast and it is magical. Set in the forest, with a mountain in the background, lovely lighting outside at night. We really loved the setting. Unfortunately, our bathroom and kitchenette needed cleaning, and that was a disappointment in such a great place. »

« The room was extremely clean. Sheets smelled really fresh. No musky odor. Oversized and very nice. Would stay there again!! Coffee was excellent. Left too early for breakfast. Shuttle to the airport was on time at 4:30 AM. »
